Municipal Solid Waste Management
SUH focuses on providing better urban services in the field of municipal solid waste management, which are financially sustainable in selected cities.

Cities and Climate Change
SUH mainstreams climate change issues into urban planning and development thus supporting urban reforms such as Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) as well as the National Mission on Sustainable Habitats.

Slum-free Cities
SUH contributes to the Indian Government’s endeavour to make Indian cities slum free with its support to the Rajiv Awas Yojna (RAY).
